Preliminary root cause: A resource management issue within one of our Data centers in Germany caused the service to perform below acceptable thresholds, resulting in user request abandonment.

Next steps:
– We’re reviewing performance data and trends on the affected data center infrastructure to understand why resource management encountered issues, causing impact.
– We’re analyzing potential options for automated recovery features in the future to prevent similar impact from happening again.
