More info: Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) and Post Office Protocol (POP) connection protocols are impacted, resulting in sign in failures including but not limited to the Outlook desktop client. While we’re focused on remediation, users may be able to use Outlook on the web to access their mailboxes. Current status: We’re developing the next fix to apply across the remaining affected infrastrcutures to remediate impact.
