More info: Affected users may be able to use the Outlook desktop client if they have access to that connection method. They may see the following 500 error message when trying to access Outlook on the web: “Something went wrong. An unexpected error occurred and your request couldn’t be handled.”

Current status: We’ve determined that a recent standard service update inadvertently contains a code regression, which is resulting in unexpected access failures. We’ve developed a fix and are conducting validation checks prior to its deployment. We anticipate that validation and the subsequent deployment will be completed by our next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure attempting to access Outlook on the web.
