Final status: We identified that a configuration issue within a recent certificate update resulted in users receiving errors when attempting to access the service. Our monitoring automatically detected the issue and took immediate action to mitigate impact. After extended monitoring, we’ve determined that no additional actions are required and that the issue is now resolved.
