User impact: Admins may see unexpected crash diagnostics in Microsoft Managed Desktop device reliability reports. More info: Specifically, device reliability reports may not contain crash information from August 8th to August 15th. The crash information is in regards to blue screen (STOP errors) and User Mode crash data. Current status: We’ve investigated a problem with the Microsoft Managed Desktop service in which users admins may see unexpected crash diagnostics in Microsoft Managed Desktop device reliability reports, and we’ve confirmed that service is now restored. We’ll provide additional information in a closure summary within the “History” section of the “Service health” dashboard shortly. |
