– Windows 365 where users may be unable to access the Information Worker portal or Cloud PCs
– Microsoft Managed Desktop and Windows Autopatch where users may be unable to conduct device registration, update and release management
– Microsoft Intune where users may be unable to access the service
– Microsoft Defender Threat and Vulnerability Management where users may be unable to access the portal or process any information
– Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate where users may be unable to utilize connectors
– Microsoft Defender for Identity where users may not receive alerts or activities in the service
– Power BI where users may experience issues loading, editing or refreshing large models, dataflow and paginated reports.

Current status: We’re experiencing impact related to a cooling issue for a section of a single data center in the Australia East region. This is impacting back-end database infrastructures and resulting in impact. We’re working to mitigate the cooling issue and restore full service functionality in the affected region.

Scope of impact: Impact is limited to some users served through the impacted located infrastructure in Australia.
