Current status: We’ve identified that a recent service update, intended to improve general data integrity, has inadvertently caused synchronization issues between Microsoft Entra ID and multiple Microsoft 365 services. We’re developing a fix to repair the synchronization issues and expect it to be complete by our next scheduled update. Once the fix has been developed and validated, we’ll start deploying it to the affected infrastructure to remediate impact.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.
