Current status: We’ve been alerted to an issue in which affected admins may be unable to retrieve their Microsoft 365 apps usage reports from October 9, 2023, to October 13, 2023, within Microsoft 365 admin center. We’ve determined that there’s a code issue within our upstream service, causing a delay in data. We’re developing a fix to address the upstream delay. We anticipate this issue should be resolved by our next update.

Scope of impact: Any admin attempting to retrieve their Microsoft 365 apps usage reports from after October 9, 2023, within Microsoft 365 admin center may be impacted by this event.
