More info: Users may experience delays for the following reports in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions specifically since Sunday, October 15, 2023:

– Microsoft 365 active users
– Microsoft 365 apps usage
– Teams user activity

The following reports are impacted since Monday, Oct 16, 2023:

– Microsoft 365 Groups activity
– Teams team usage

Current status: We’ve identified that some of the affected reports have been fixed and are up to date. We’re continuing our efforts to develop a remediation plan for the remaining affected reports.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to any user served through the affected infrastructure, attempting to view the aforementioned reports since Sunday, October 15, 2023.

Root cause: An upstream data source is not working as expected and causing several types of activity, license and app usage reporting data to be delayed.
