Final status: We’ve identified a configuration issue on a portion of Microsoft Viva Engage infrastructure responsible for loading feeds that is resulting in users experiencing intermittent loading failures. We’ve implemented a configuration change and confirmed with monitoring internal telemetry that the service functionality is restored and the impact remediated.

Scope of impact: Some users hosted on the impacted environment may have been intermittently impacted.
