Current status: Our investigation has determined that an error occurred in a component of Microsoft Viva Engage infrastructure responsible for facilitating some communication functions that reduced the component’s processing capacity, leading to impact. While our investigation into the underlying infrastructure error is ongoing, we’re developing a fix to optimize processing within the affected component to expedite remediation. We’re aiming to provide a timeline for deployment of the fix and remediation in our next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: Any user receiving push notifications or messages through Microsoft Viva Engage may be impacted.
