Current status: Our investigation into the underlying root cause of this problem has identified that a recent code change to address a separate issue related to document creation has introduced a code issue within the flow utilized when creating documents from templates, resulting in impact. We’re in the process of developing a fix to address this issue and we’ll share an estimated deployment timeline once available.
