Current status: Our service monitoring indicates that the upstream service has recovered, and the resulting delays have been reduced; however, some impact is ongoing. We’re restarting the affected components of infrastructure responsible for facilitating data from the upstream service to resolve any remaining errors and fully remediate impact.

Scope of impact: Admins serviced by the affected infrastructure may experience delays receiving report data for the affected reports mentioned in the More info section of this communication.
