Current status: We’ve received reports of an issue in which users can’t create new notebooks in office.com and microsoft365.com. We’ve identified a compatibility issue between back-end coding that is preventing users from creating new notebooks as expected. We’ve validated a code fix to resolve the compatibility issue and are deploying it to the impacted environments to restore the service functionality. We anticipate the deployment will be complete and the impact remediated by our next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: Any user attempting to create new notebooks in office.com and microsoft365.com is impacted.
