More info: Users attempting to play impacted Stream videos will encounter the error message: “This browser or app can’t play the video. Something might be outdated or not supported. Try again using a different browser or app.”

Current status: The secondary fix is currently being deployed across impacted environments. We’re closely monitoring the deployment to see if there are opportunities to increase the speed of the roll out. Otherwise, the repair job is on track to fully remediate impact by Friday, April 12, 2024, with the majority of users experiencing relief before then.
