Any content added or modified after February 5, 2024, isn’t impacted. Source content isn’t impacted by this incident.

Current status: After our review, we’ve determined we’ll wait for phase one to complete before proceeding with phase two of our repair plan. Meanwhile, we’re continuing to validate the second phase to ensure efficacy. Our initial phase of the repair is ongoing, and we anticipate it’ll complete by Tuesday, April 16, followed by seven days of additional testing. We’ll provide an update on these phases and timelines with our next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: This issue may impact the availability of some items when users perform content searches or use the News web part in SharePoint Online.
