User impact: Users may be unable connect to their Windows 365 Frontline devices. More info: Additionally, admins may be unable to restart their devices. As a workaround, users may be able to connect to their Windows 365 Frontline devices by retrying approximately one hour after the initial failure. Current status: We’ve determined that a portion of Azure infrastructure which allows users to connect to their Windows 365 Frontline devices is not performing as expected, resulting in impact. We’re deploying a fix to the affected infrastructure, and we’re monitoring its progress to ensure it completes without issue and remediates impact. Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure. Root cause: A portion of Azure infrastructure which allows users to connect to their Windows 365 Frontline devices is not performing as expected, resulting in impact.
