Microsoft Teams meeting organizers can now manage who gets access to a meeting recording, transcript, AI recap, and Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365.

[How this will affect your organization:]

This new feature is a meeting option that you can access on the Recording and transcript tab > Who has access to the recording and transcript. Here’s how it works:

1. Everyone: Anyone with the meeting link or nudged into the meeting has access.
2. Organizer and Co-organizers: Only the people who organized the meeting have access.
3. Specific People: Besides the organizers, you can choose specific individuals who have access.

By default, the setting is Everyone, but you can change it before the meeting starts. Any changes made during the meeting will apply to the next instance of the meeting.

This functionality is only available to users who have a Copilot for Microsoft 365 license. To those users, it is available by default.

[What you need to do to prepare:]

This rollout will happen automatically with no admin action required. You may want to notify your users about this change and update any relevant documentation as appropriate.

この新機能は、[ 記録と議事録 ] タブ > [記録と議事録にアクセスできるユーザー] からアクセスできる会議オプションです。その仕組みは次のとおりです。

1. 全員: 会議のリンクを知っている人、または会議にナッジされた人なら誰でもアクセスできます。
2. 開催者と共同開催者: 会議を主催したユーザーのみがアクセスできます。
3. 特定のユーザー: 開催者のほかに、アクセス権を持つ特定の個人を選択できます。

既定では、設定は [すべてのユーザー] ですが、会議の開始前に変更できます。ミーティング中に行われた変更は、ミーティングの次のインスタンスに適用されます。

この機能は、Copilot for Microsoft 365 ライセンスを持つユーザーのみが使用できます。これらのユーザーは、デフォルトで使用できます。
