User impact: Users may be unable to access or receive results when accessing some SharePoint Online lists and receive an error.

More info: Impacted users receive the following error when attempting to access some SharePoint Online lists:
“One or more field types are not installed properly. Go to list settings page to delete these fields.”

Current status: This deployment hasn’t completed and will take considerably longer than previously anticipated, as we’re still deploying the solution through our earlier deployment rings prior to it reaching impacted users. We expect the deployment to affected users may begin by our next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: Some users accessing SharePoint Online lists may be impacted.

Root cause: A recent configuration change to the schema responsible for displaying SharePoint Online list results, intended to resolve an unrelated issue, removed the content tags needed to display the affected results and is resulting in impact.
