Final status: We identified that a service authentication configuration issue within the Microsoft-managed environment was causing impact to requests that were routed through a specific Content Delivery Network (CDN) provider. We’ve rerouted requests to alternate CDN infrastructure to mitigate impact whilst we address the issue. We’ve confirmed that impact no longer occurs after monitoring the environment.

Scope of impact: Impact was specific to some users who’s connections were routed through a specific CDN provider, and attempted to download or access Microsoft 365 applications and services.
