Current update: Our analysis of telemetry in our testing environment has identified a series of overlapping server-side items that are interacting with the Outlook meeting. We suspect that these items are causing conflict by altering the Outlook meeting event in such a way that the server cannot recognize the latest or correct version of the event. We’re developing a code change that will change how the version of the meeting event will be identified. In parallel, we’re working to test different configurations of the server-items to isolate the problem behavior and confirm a root cause.
