User impact: Users may experience intermittent service degradation for multiple Microsoft 365 services and functions.

More info: Impact scenarios are as follows:
– Some file icons and items may not be displayed from office.com.
– Some Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint filles and items may not be displayed.
– Some SharePoint Online file card fields may not populate.
– Some information may be missing in People card files in Outlook on the web.
– Answers, cards, highlights and suggestions in Viva Topics may disappear.

Current status: Our automated monitoring system alerted us to an issue in which some users may experience intermittent service degradation for multiple Microsoft 365 services and functions. We’re investigating a portion of infrastructure that facilitates the impacted Microsoft 365 services and functionalities to isolate the source of the issue and determine our next steps.

Scope of impact: Some users attempting to use the impacted Microsoft 365 services and functions may be intermittently impacted.
