– Some SharePoint Online file card fields may not populate.
– Some information may be missing in People card files in Outlook on the web.
– Answers, cards, highlights, and suggestions in Viva Topics may disappear.

Current status: We’re investigating a specific authentication component on the portion of infrastructure that facilities the impacted Microsoft 365 services and functionalities to help us understand the root cause and determine next steps towards remediation.
