User impact: Users may be unable to access groups from their ‘Favorites’ list in Outlook on the web or the new Outlook desktop app.

Affected users can bypass the impact and reach the desired groups by selecting them from the Groups module.

Current status: We’ve initiated the process of reverting the problematic change to remediate the impact. We expect that this process should be completed by our next scheduled update. Once the process is complete, some users may need to refresh their affected Outlook app to pick up the change and experience impact remediation.
