Current status: Our fix has been deployed and progressing through impacted infrastructure. However, it is taking longer than initially anticipated to reach all impacted environments. While many users are already experiencing relief from impact, we estimate that all users will receive the fix by Wednesday, August 7, 2024.

Scope of impact: Any admin attempting to retrieve support ticket cases details may be impacted.
