Current status: We’ve been alerted to an issue in which admins may see an inaccurate count for their Outlook usage in the Copilot Readiness report. Our investigation identified a configuration issue occurring in the data analytics upstream system that’s causing this impact. We’ve developed a fix and are currently in the process of preparing it for deployment. We anticipate the fix will be deployed to resolve the problem by Friday, August 16, 2024.
