More info: Admins may not receive the expected eDiscovery search results within the compliance portal for documents with a label being applied with encryption. The files are showing up in users’ OneDrive accounts but can’t be located with eDiscovery searches. Current status: We’ve confirmed that a sync issue prevented some labels from properly being picked up by eDiscovery searches. We’re continuing our analysis of DSAPI logs and affected labels to better understand the underlying cause of impact and develop remediation actions. Scope of impact: Some admins serviced through the affected infrastructure performing eDiscovery searches through the compliance portal may be impacted.
