More info: Specifically, users may see the edit button greyed out or not visible at all. As a workaround, admins may be able to manually run the following script “Set-SPOSite -DenyAddAndCustomizePages 0”, to re-enable custom script through PowerShell to mitigate impact.

Current status: We’ve determined an additional fix is needed to resolve the issue identified during our previous fix testing where instead of rendering the expected site page, SharePoint Online is rendering the document library. We anticipate this new fix will begin deployment by our next scheduled update and will confirm a timeline for that deployment completion with that update.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users, who are served through the affected infrastructure, attempting to edit some SharePoint Online classic site pages.
