More info: Admins may not receive the expected eDiscovery search results within the compliance portal for documents with a label being applied with encryption. The files are showing up in users’ OneDrive accounts but can’t be located with eDiscovery searches. Current status: We’re continuing our validation process to ensure that our fix remediates the issue as expected before we deploy it throughout the affected environment. We anticipate that this validation may complete by our next scheduled communications update. In parallel, we’re continuing to develop the previously mentioned script for affected admins to run within their environment, following the broad deployment of our fix, which will fully remediate the issue. Scope of impact: Some admins serviced through the affected infrastructure performing eDiscovery searches through the compliance portal may be impacted.
