Current status: We’ve identified that an issue with the mail view metrics being gathered from the Classic Outlook desktop client is resulting in impact to features reliant on this data in both Microsoft Viva Amplify and Microsoft Viva Insights. We’re reviewing service telemetry, relevant service logging, and recent changes made to the Classic Outlook desktop client to give us further insight into the underlying root cause and assist us in determining our next steps.
