More info: Users that have reported this problem encounter a “Something went wrong. Please try again later.” error message. Where possible, users can bypass the problem by utilizing a different client to search for their email, such as the Outlook desktop app.

Some users have reported that the roaming signatures feature is missing in Outlook on the web.

Current status: We’ve completed the update to refresh and implement the new configuration change for impacted users. We’re reaching out to impacted users who reported this issue to validate if our actions have alleviated the impact.

Scope of impact: Some users attempting to search for email in Outlook on the web may be unable to.
