While we’re working to remediate impact, admins can perform a restart on the affected servers to temporarily resolve this issue.

Current status: We’ve confirmed through further monitoring of the affected environment, that our earlier fix deployment resolved the issue for the majority of affected users. We’re re-deploying our earlier hotfix to the environments where customer feedback indicates the issue persists. We will endeavour to provide an estimated completion timeline as part of our next update.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to admins who are served through the affected infrastructure.
