More info: Only users that’ve been given elevated permissions through Feature Access Management (FAM) to manage an Academy are affected.

Current status: We’ve determined that a recent update contains a code issue, causing a regression within the service and resulting in impact. We’ve developed, validated and are now working on final preparations prior to the deployment of a fix, which we anticipate will succeed in remediating the impact.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure, with elevated permissions through FAM to manage an Academy.
