Current status: After receiving further clarification on the type of reports affected, we’ve updated the Title, User Impact, and Scope of impact fields to accurately reflect the impact scenario. The backlog of Microsoft 365 Apps Usage report data has completed draining; however, we’re continuing to await for the backlog for the rest of the affected report data to complete draining, which we anticipate will occur by our next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to admins located in Europe who are served through the affected infrastructure, attempting to receive some reports from the admin center.

Root cause: A service responsible for importing data didn’t start correctly during a recent standard routine service deployment.
