More info: The error is misleading and doesn’t prevent users from replying to or forwarding email through Outlook on the web. Affected users are seeing the following error message: Current status: Our additional analysis into the aforementioned error has helped us isolate a code regression that was introduced by an update to help improve service performance. We highly suspect this regression is producing errors for users when replying to or forwarding email through Outlook on the web. We’re deploying a fix to address the isolated code regression and have post deployment testing scheduled with affected users to help us confirm if impact has been remediated. Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users, who are served through the affected infrastructure, attempting to reply to or forward email messages through Outlook on the web.
