Current status: We’ve developed and deployed a fix to our internal infrastructure and are currently conducting comprehensive tests to confirm our solution will remediate impact. We expect to complete testing by our next scheduled update, at which point we will start to deploy the solution throughout the affected service environment.

Scope of impact: Any admin attempting to import .PST files, set up new data connectors, or review ingested data from established data connectors within Microsoft Purview may be impacted.
