Final status: During the rollout of a new mitigation strategy for the issue resolved on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, communicated under EX1051697, we deployed a different mitigation strategy to a small amount of infrastructure in the North America region. The new mitigation strategy did not have the expected results, and caused impact to reoccur. We have reverted the service to use the previous remediation strategy and confirmed that the impact is no longer occurring.

Scope of impact: This issue could have affected any admin accessing the Exchange admin center located in the North America region.
