Affected users may receive the following error: “Need more information. To satisfy your organization’s security policy, an additional step is required.”
While we’re working to remediate this issue, affected users can attach these items using other connection methods, including:

– Outlook on the web
– Classic Outlook
– Outlook desktop clients
– Outlook mobile

Current status: We continue to see positive progress on the fix saturation, though we’re still working on calculating a timeline for when it may complete. We anticipate having this information by our next communication update.
