User impact: Admins may be unable to utilize the Exchange admin center and are returned a 503 error. More info: Within the provided HTTP Archive (HAR) trace, the error message states “Parsing of Response Content Failed in Api OperationsParsing of Response Content Failed in Api Operations” When attempting to complete operations in the Exchange admin center, users are returned a 503 “Service Unavailable” error. Current status: We’re implementing a configuration change in a subset of Exchange Online directory infrastructure to test for impact to the admin API and to help us determine if a recent update to assist with onboarding virtual assistant to the Exchange admin center resulted in impact.
