Final status: We’ve identified that a recent authentication change was deployed before the service was prepared for it, resulting in authentication failures that prevented users and admins from accessing SharePoint Online and the SharePoint Online admin center. We’ve disabled this change and confirmed using our internal monitoring telemetry, along with reports from affected users, that impact is remediated.
