Coming soon for the Microsoft Viva Engage app for iOS and Android: We will shorten the name for this app from “Viva Engage” to “Engage.” The change will display in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store and in the installed app.

General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out late May 2025 (previously early May) and expect to complete by late June 2025 (previously mid-May).

The app will continue to work and update as normal, without any additional action from the user.

This rollout will happen automatically by the specified dates with no admin action required before or after the rollout. You may want to notify your users about this change and update any relevant documentation.
