More info: New messages will be automatically forwarded, as per user settings with the deployment of the code fix. However, messages received between 2:04 PM UTC on May 11, 2025 and 5:00 AM UTC May 16, 2025 may not be available until the conclusion of this event.

Current status: We’re continuing our targeted recovery of affected messages within the impact timeframe. We’ve developed a fix to resubmit the affected messages and we’re conducting testing to ensure this method produces the expected resolution. Once we’ve concluded this period of testing, and we’re certain this method produces the expected resolution, we will apply this fix broadly to the remaining affected messages.
