We’ve succeeded in updating additional components of infrastructure in the Europe region by manually removing them from actively receiving requests before returning them to service; however, the success of this approach is limited due to the availability constraints it puts on the service. We’re identifying more expedient methods for getting the fix to the remaining affected infrastructure components. Scope of impact: Any admin may be unable to use the High Volume Email (HVE) service (Preview) in the Exchange admin center.
