User impact: Admins may see delayed Microsoft 365 admin center reports. More info: Specifically, impact is to Microsoft 365 apps, Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Exchange Online reports visible in the Microsoft 365 admin center. Current status: We’ve identified an issue in which some admins may see delayed Microsoft 365 admin center reports. We’ve determined that a portion of infrastructure responsible for populating timely reports for various services in the Microsoft 365 admin center isn’t processing requests as efficiently as expected, and resulting in impact. We’re implementing improvements on the affected infrastructure as a remediation plan to resolve the underlying issue. Once our improvements are in place, we’ll monitor as an increase in backlogged data drains to ensure previously impacted reports are restored. We expect our remediation plans will be complete, and the backlogged data will have fully drained by our next scheduled update. Scope of impact: Some admins who are viewing reports for various services in the Microsoft 365 admin center may be impacted.
