User impact: Admins may be unable to view overview reports in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

More info: Affected admins receive the following error when viewing overview reports: “There is no data for this report.”

This impact is limited to admins in North America viewing overview reports. Admins in other regions aren’t impacted.

Current status: Our initial deployment of the fix didn’t fully resolve the error, and we’ve re-developed and deployed an updated fix which we’ve confirmed addresses the error and restores data parsing for the affected reports. We’re now processing the backlog of unparsed report data to fully resolve the issue. We’ll aim to provide a timeline for this process to complete by our next scheduled communications update.

Scope of impact: Admins in North America viewing overview reports in the Microsoft 365 admin center may be impacted.
