More info: Specifically, when the users specify the conference room mailbox to reserve a meeting in their own or shared calendars, the automatic response may be delayed.
Current status: Our investigation has identified that a database optimization service is causing increased CPU utilization, causing the delays. We’re in the process of moving mailboxes associated with the conference room booking to alternate infrastructure to remediate impact. We’re monitoring telemetry and are seeing an immediate improvement while continuing to monitor the mailbox moving progress.
