– Exchange Online users experience latency or 503 “Service Unavailable” errors when attempting to view contact information in Exchange Online.
– Users may be unable to see free/busy information for other users within their organization.

Current status: Further investigation and analysis of the impact has identified a larger service infrastructure related issue that’s causing our inventory cache probe to be incorrectly quarantined, and leading to impact across multiple Microsoft 365 services. We’ve completed our configuration change to increase the timeout for the inventory cache probe to prevent it from being quarantined. We’re continuing to monitor the service health to confirm this action has successfully resolved the impact.
