User impact: Users may see an error when opening the side panel for quarantined messages within Microsoft Defender for Office 365.

Our investigation indicates all actions and operations within the quarantine experience are still functional despite users encountering an error in the side panel display stating “Something went wrong. Primary and secondary data missing.”

Current status: We’ve been alerted to an issue resulting in impact to some users attempting to view quarantined messages within Microsoft Defender for Office 365. We’re further investigating and defining this issue to gain additional insight into the source of impact and determine our next steps.
