User impact: Admins may be unable to upload their manifest file for Integrated apps in the Microsoft 365 admin center or PowerShell.

Current status: We received reports of an issue where some admins can’t upload their .XML manifest file for Integrated apps in the Microsoft 365 admin center or PowerShell. Our investigation determined that an update to support a new feature related to the manifest upload process is resulting in an exception when attempting to complete the upload. We’ve developed and are deploying a fix to resolve this exception.

Scope of impact: This issue can potentially affect any admin attempting to upload their .XML manifest file for Integrated apps.
