All actions and operations within the quarantine experience were still functional despite users encountering an error in the side panel display stating “Something went wrong. Primary and secondary data missing.” Users can leverage message tracking logs to review these messages as well.

Final status: We’ve completed validation and deployment of the fix across all affected environments, and after monitoring the service, we’ve verified that this action successfully resolved the problem for new messages. Previous messages that were sent between the start and end time of this event will continue to display the error and won’t be present in the Security Operations Center hunting experiences. These messages can still be interacted with in quarantine despite this error message.
